    Summary of Direct Charitable Activities
    List the foundation’s four largest direct charitable activities during the tax year. Include relevant statistical information such as the number of organizations and other beneficiaries served, conferences convened, research papers produced, etc. Expenses
    1 wei, Haoran Scholarship Wei, Haoran Scholarship was established at the 69th Middle School in the spring of 2007 when Dr. Wei visited his home school. He met the principal who told Dr. Wei that the school was facing tremendous difficulty. All the good students went to the magnet schools even though the magnet schools are far away. As a result, the school ranking is poor and cant attract enough student and therefore the government funding keep declining, as the funding is based on number of attending students. Because the school cant get enough funding from the government and it was facing to be shut down. If the school was shut down the community will be really suffering because all students have to go to school that is far away. The principal asked Dr. Wei if he can help the school. Dr. Wei then proposed to set up a scholarship to attract good students. The scholarship was first established for 69th Middle School at Zhengzhou, Henan, PR China. The goal of this scholarship is:1.
