	For over 50 years, MPMA has been a source of information, education and support for those in the precision manufacturing industry. Our association has over 300 members. Our programs educate manufacturers on best practices within the precision manufacturing industry, and support continuous improvement within Minnesota manufacturing facilities. Our association works to expand available workforce through initiatives aimed at attracting new people into the field of manufacturing.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c	Any member of the board of directors who has a possible conflict of interest shall report the possible conflict to the chairman of the board. The board member shall refrain from voting on any such transaction, participating in deliberations concerning it, or using personal influence in any way in the matter. The board member, or chairman in the director's absence, shall disclose a potential conflict of interest to the other members of the board before any vote on an Association business transaction. Any staff member who has a possible conflict of interest shall report the possible conflict to the president. If the possible conflict involves the president, the possible conflict shall be reported to the chairman of the board. The president or where applicable, the chairman, after receiving information about a possible conflict of interest, shall take such action as is necessary that the transaction is completed in the best interest of the Association without substantive involvement of the person who has the possible conflict of interest. Each board member and senior staff member shall complete a questionnaire on an annual basis.
