      Form 990PF-General Explanation Attachment 1 We are amending the 2015 990 to a 990PF due to the investment income went over the 33 %. We did not change in 2015 believing the foundation would get back to the 33% bracket in 2016 and would be okay being over one year. It did not happen and we are amending and prepared the 990PF return. Please abate any penalties since this was not an intentional neglect.
