What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The Association of Professional Pipeline Surveyors (APPS) tackles the growing demand for a qualified and eager pipeline surveyor workforce. APPS educates industry project managers, policy makers, and community stakeholders about surveyors roles in assuring safe and effective pipelines throughout North America.
