    Everett Carl Omans will stated that the majority of his Estate, including the Wisconsin farm, some of the real estate around his Jefferson St. home and all liquid assets were to go into the Trust, the mission of which is to provide scholarships to the graduating students of Boscobel, WI and Anacortes, WA High Schools. The Estate is still in the probate process. In 2014/15 John Oman learned that a group of civic minded residences of Boscobel had set up a the Boscobel Education Foundation, a 501( c )3 Public Foundation with the same mission as Everett Omans Will and Trust.
