Explanation of other changes in net assets or fund balances Part XI line 9	MMWSC created a new land management and ownership company upon which water utility facilities are located. In doing this the land value was assessed and all owners quit claimed their rights to those parcels of land to the MMWSC RA Properties LLC and thus this value of land was included in the assets of the new company MMWSC RA Properties LLC (EIN:82-1545500) Total land value added was $17,250.
