What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The Cowboy States Reining Horse Association is an amatuer athletic organization with the purpose of education, training and recognition of accomplishments of it's members, together with education and entertainment of the general public with respect to the training and showing of reining horses. The association held 1 clinic and 5 horse shows in 2017.
