| Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a | All members (18 and older who are in good standing) are eligible to run for or nominate another member to be on the governing body called the Board of Directors. All members can then vote on the member they want as a director during the Annual Meeting held in February of each year. Each director is elected for a three year term and then can run again. |
