Briefly describe the organization’s mission: The mission of VATAT Credit Union is to provide excellent member service through our individual and team effort. We will operate a safe and sound credit union which will in turn reward our shareholder members and our employees. Our mission is to provide our members with the financial services that will empower them to reach their financial goals

	Total credit union loans increased slightly as more members are taking advantage of our membership and good competitive rates. Many refinanced from higher interest loans to our loans to save money in their financial transactions. Our ACH auto debit continued to grow and we are now offering online banking and e-statements (service requested by our members)

The CEO reviews and recommends the salary adjustments for the other staff member within budget boundaries.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The Credit Union posts on our website, announce at our annual meeting, post on the VATAT newsletter as well as do statement stuffers to let our membership know that they have access to these reports and documents.
