    We respectfully request the abatement of any late filing penalties due to reasonable cause. The taxpayer is extremely small. This is the initial year for the taxpayer. Accordingly, they were unable to gather all of the necessary information necessary for the preparation and timely filing of a complete and accurate tax return. The taxpayer has since appointed a Treasuer, who will insure that all future filings are made in a timely manner.
