Part I, Line 3: AS SET FORTH IN SCHEDULE O, THE TRUST IS A 501(C)(9) VEBA TRUST ORGANIZED UNDER THE RETIREE MEDICAL PLAN OF CAYUGA OPERATING COMPANY, LLC, AN ERISA WELFARE BENEFIT PLAN (THE "PLAN"). DURING 2018, THE ASSETS OF THE TRUST WERE EXHAUSTED THROUGH THE PAYMENT OF MEDICAL PREMIUMS FOR PARTICIPANTS OF THE PLAN, AND THE TRUST TERMINATED AUTOMATICALLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS TERMS. AS SUCH, THERE WERE NO ASSETS REMAINING TO BE DISTRIBUTED UPON TERMINATION OF THE TRUST.
