| PART III - LINE 4C | PRE-KINDERGARTEN: THE SCHOOL INITIATED A PRIMARY DIVISION FOCUSED ON ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION THROUGH EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING IN SEPTEMBER 2011. A PREKINDERGARTEN WAS OPENED ON CAMPUS IN SEPTEMBER 2011, SUBSEQUENTLY FOLLOWED BY A KINDERGARTEN AND ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. THE PRIMARY DIVISION WAS INCORPORATED AS A GREEK NON-FOR-PROFIT ASSOCIATION AND, AS SUCH, WAS NOT REQUIRED TO FILE A U.S. TAX RETURN. ACCORDINGLY, ANY FINANCIAL INFORMATION RELATING TO THIS LEGAL ENTITY WAS PRECLUDED FROM EARLIER FORM 990 FILINGS. FOLLOWING RECENT CHANGES IN LEGAL REGULATIONS, HOWEVER, THE PRE-K OPERATION OF THE SCHOOL WAS TRANSFERRED FROM THE ABOVE-MENTIONED LEGAL ENTITY TO THE SCHOOL IN SEPTEMBER 2014. THE PRE-K OF THE SCHOOL (WITH A CAPACITY OF 100CHILDREN) PLACES EMPHASIS ON ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION THROUGH EXPERIENTIAL, COOPERATIVE AND DIFFERENTIATED INSTRUCTION.
