VI, Line 7a	The Association holds an annual business meeting in Nov to elect a new board of directors to conduct new business. The general membership votes during the business portion of the annual meeting to accept or reject board memebers.
VI, Line 11	The executive committee, including board finance chair, and the full board review and approve the 990 prior to filing.
VI, Line 12c	During the January meeting all board members sign the conflict of interest and whistleblower policies. If a potential conflict is reported, it's reviewed by the board.
VI, Line 15a	A board committee reviews fair compensation for the CEO position. Following the annual review compensation is discussed and adjusted accordingly.
