Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6 CEHA organization has members all over California. They all are General Members and they pay for their membership dues annually.
Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a Additional members are elected from public workers and officers working in public safety and environment related jobs.
Governing body decisions Part VI line 7b BOD maintains all the documentation regarding meetings and decisions made and they store it on the organizations online drive. They pass these decisions to all chapters.
