	To produce and direct an affordable family-oriented holiday celebration including a parade in Uxbridge on the 1st Saturday in December each year. This will include art programs that are high in quality and culturally diverse in nature. This will be accomplished by partnering with local civic organizations and local school groups throughout the Blackstone Valley. To develop and broaden the public's appreciation of the performing arts through old fashion local traditions. To promote community pride in local artistic talent. To enhance the development of downtown Uxbridge as a retail and commercial center and to showcase to the greater public, the beautiful historic building of down town and the talented artists and business owners that make their home here in Uxbridge. All such other purposes as are permissible for a corporation formed under Chapter 180 of Massachusetts General Laws.
