Form 990, Section B, Amended Return	The 2017 Form 990 for Utah Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Association is being amended to reflect the restatement of the organization's audited financial statements. Subsequent to the issuance of the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2017, it was discovered that a promissory note had been entered into by the Association as of March 1, 2017 to fund insolvency payments. The result to the 2017 financials is an increase in liabilities of $8,417,979 made up of $8,130,040 of notes payable and $287,979 of interest payable.
