    The return was filed late, since I wasnt feeling well. I was sick being in the hospital for a few months, and it was literally impossible to file in time. I actually mailed an extension, but I mailed with regular mail, so I dont have any proof of the filing, but it was definately mailed out. Please be considerate and dont charge any late filing penalties. Please be aware that this is the first year filing for this foundation. I hope for the future to file in time.
