Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Training programs to expand member skills and abilities as Tour Guides for approximately 100 members. Education program designed to increase member knowledge of local Washington DC sites and surrounding area with a total attendance of about 700. Members could attend multiple programs. Certified Master Guide program for specialized and training to highly qualified members.
