	Provided more than 400 members with the benefits of a network of diverse Milwaukee area professional women that connect and engage to reach their career and personal goals. In early 2018, we asked Professional Dimensions members to share their experiences with sexual harassment at work. We partnered with TEMPO Milwaukee to distribute the same survey questions it created to further amplify the voices of women locally and add to the diversity of the data set. In April and May, we held a three-part program series on this issue, inviting our members and the community to engage in the conversation. Our goals were to listen, learn and hopefully discover what more we can do. Executed our annual mentoring program, connecting mentors to mentees to work together to reach specific goals.Held conversation circles focused on racism and implicit bias, bringing together a small, diverse groups of women for authentic discussion.

Form 990, Part III, Line 2: New Services	In September of 2017, we announced the formation of the Womens Leadership Collaborative in partnership with TEMPO Milwaukee and Milwaukee Women inc. Our three organizations are committed to working together to achieve equity for professional women at all levels within the Milwaukee area business community.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 11b: Form 990 Review Process	Form 990 is prepared by our accountants at RitzHolman with the help of Johannah Karstedt St. John, an independent contractor who acts as Professional Dimensions' Director of Operations. The form is reviewed and approved by the Treasurer before it is sent to the whole Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is emailed the final form for review before it is filed.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 12c: Explanation of Monitoring and Enforcement of Conflicts	Professional Dimensions' Nominating Committee conducts thorough interviews with prospective board members before they are elected by our membership body. We have very few contracts with outside vendors, and we use an RFP process to chose the vendors that we need in a fair and transparent manner.
