ASC 740-10 prescribes a recognition threshold and measurement process for accounting for uncertain tax positions and also provides guidance on various related matters such as derecognition, interest, penalties, and disclosures required. The Plan does not have any uncertain tax positions. The Plan files Form 990, Return of Organization Exempt from Income Tax.Under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and the Department of Labor's rules and regulations section 2520.104-22, apprenticeship and training programs are considered employee welfare benefit plans.
