IF THERE ARE ANY ONE TIME REQUESTS FROM THE CENTER TO THE FOUNDATION FOR SPECIAL FUNDING NEEDS, THE REQUEST IS DISCUSSED WITH THE CENTER'S BOARD FINANCE AND EXECUTIVE COMMITTEES AND THEN BROUGHT FORWARD TO THE TREASURER AND FOUNDATION BOARD FOR CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL. IN ADDITION, NOTE THE FOUNDATION'S INVESTMENT COMMITTEE, THE ONLY STANDING BOARD COMMITTEE OF THE FOUNDATION, IS COMPRISED OF BOTH BOARD TRUSTEES OF THE CENTER AND THE FOUNDATION.
