	sea.citi launched in September 2018 supporting eight low-income schools in Seattle. Through partnership with Communities in Schools of Seattle, they raised $48,000 to support students who were facing barriers to education, sourced volunteers who donated 200 hours, connected science programming from Pacific Science Center, and secured 17 large boxes of school supplies.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The officers of the board review the form 990 and schedules before it is filed. The form 990 is also shared with the entire board and they are given a chance to respond before the form is filed.

Board members and officers are required to complete an annual conflict of interest statement and disclose any potential conflicts as soon as they arise. The board of directors monitors and enforces this policy.
