FORM 990, PART VI, SECTION A, LINE 6:	Our members consist of customers with electrical service to their residence or business. We do not have any stockholders.
FORM 990, PART VI, SECTION A, LINE 7A:	Members can be nominated and voted on by other members for a three-year term. Three seats each year are voted upon.
FORM 990, PART VI, SECTION A, LINE 7B:	The annual financial report and any changes to the by-laws have to be approved by the board. The board has authority to adjust rates.
