Part X, Line 2:	LSMS accounts for income taxes in accordance with the income tax accounting guidance included in the FASB ASC. Under this guidance, LSMS may recognize the tax effects from an uncertain tax position only if it is more likely than not that the tax position will be sustained on examination by tax authorities. LSMS has evaluated its tax position regarding the accounting for uncertain income tax positions and do not believe it has any material uncertain tax positions. LSMS is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however, there are currently no audits in progress.

The House of Delagates elects the members of the Board of Governors, the Sociey's governing body, The Board of Governor's elects officers from within their ranks.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b	The Form 990 was Emailed to all members of the Board of Governors, requesting comments and approval for filing. All questions were answered by management and all comments were considered and changes where necessary were incorporated into the return for filing.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15a	A search committee of independent board members is assigned to conduct a search for qualified candidates for the executive vice-president position after establishing the criteria and qualifications for the position.
