Briefly describe the organization’s mission: LeadingAge Arizona members consist of over 50 facilities dedicated to providing quality health care, housing, and services to over 12,000 elderly Arizona citizens. The association advances policies, promotes practices, and conducts research that supports, enables, and empowers people to live fully at any age.

	Over 300 attend our Annual Conference and Expo. We also offered 5-15 educational workshops throughout the year. We continually offer free monthly conference calls for all social workers and social service staff to discuss relevant and challenging issues for the aging. We offer certified caregiver training programs. Our members continue to receive information, savings, and services related to long term care and housing. We frequently arrange for free informational series that allows members to ask questions and seek advice from knowledgeable professionals in the areas of legal services, accounting, and HUD audit services, healthcare facility billing, HIPAA compliance, and pest control. In partnership with our national parent organization, we offer members affordable customized products and services designed for long-term care and senior housing providers. We offer a broad range of educational and training opportunities for administrators, managers, and facility staff members in retirement communities, HUD elderly housing, healthcare, and assisted living facilities. Our educational programming meets the needs of any personnel involved in the operations of member facilities, while helping members adapt quickly to unanticipated regulatory changes.
