The organization has sponsored the development and construction of 320 apartment units in Savannah, GA: 110 multifamily were placed in the service August 2009; 110 additional multifamily and 100 senior units were place into service December 2011. In October 2012, 50 family town homes in Pooler, GA were placed into service. In October 2015, 43 renovated Section 8 family apartments in Atlanta, GA were placed into service; in August 2016, 44 units of senior housing in Madison, GA were placed into service; 44 units of family housing in Eminence, KY were placed into service December 2017; 67 units of family apartments in East Point, GA were placed in service March 2018. A 91-unit senior development in Atlanta, GA was under construction in 2018. The Foundation was awarded LIHTC funding by the State of Georgia in the November 2018 for a development of a
