A report of potential Conflicts of Interest is reviewed by the Compliance Officer. Further concern, as reflected in the Conflict of Interest, Financial Disclosure, and Compliance Certification Questionnaire is reviewed by the Riverside Health System President to determine if additional follow-up is necessary. If a conflict presents, Board Members are required by the By-Laws, to disclose the conflict to the full Board and recuse themselves from voting on a case by case basis.
