Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 3	The Organization entered into an agreement with Kemper Sports Management, Inc. to operate and manage all Club amenities, including clubhouse operations, sales and marketing, golf course maintenance, food & beverage, membership sales, tennis operations, pool operations, payroll and benefit administrations, insurance, financial reporting and accounting, and other related activities.
