Pt X, Line 2	The Club is a not-for-profit organization exempt from income taxes under Section 501(c)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code. Although the Club was granted income tax exemption by the Internal Revenue Service, the exemption does not apply to unrelated business income. Unrelated business income consists of investment income and net income derived from non-member use of club facilities as defined by the Internal Revenue Code and related regulations. As of December 31, 2018, the years 2014 through 2017 remain subject to examination by major tax jurisdictions. The Club is a not-for-profit organization exempt from income taxes under Section 501(c)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code. Although the Club was granted income tax exemption by the Internal Revenue Service, the exemption does not apply to unrelated business income. Unrelated business income consists of investment income and net income derived from non-member use of club facilities as defined by the Internal Revenue Code and related regulations. As of December 31, 2018, the years 2014 through 2017 remain subject to examination by major tax jurisdictions. The Club has concluded that there are no significant uncertain tax positions requiring recognition in the financial statements.
