The membership fee is based on the number of employees of the business. Businesses that pay $10,000 or more per year are entitled to a representative on the Board of Directors. |
| Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a | The Casper Area Economic Development Alliance (CAEDA) has members who, upon payment of a membership fee, are eligible to participate in the election of members to the Board of Directors. |
