A MISCOMMUNICATION WITH A FORMER EMPLOYEE OF OUR BOOKKEEPING SERVICE CAUSED US TO BELIEVE THAT THE RETURN HAD BEEN TIMELY FILED. ONCE WE REALIZED THE ERROR, WE PREPARED THE RETURN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THIS FORMER EMPLOYEE MISMANAGED SEVERAL CLIENT ACCOUNTS AND WE HAVE BEEN ATTEMPTING TO CORRECT THE ERRORS OF HER NEGLIGENCE. PLEASE FORGIVE THE LATE FILING AND ABATE ANY PENALTIES CAUSED BY THIS OVERSIGHT.
