Form 990, Part III, Line 2	The Cooperative created a nonprofit limited liability company, Tri-County Fiber Communications, LLC, to explore the deployment and adoption of broadband internet access services to local underserved rural communities within its service territory. Tri-County Fiber Communications, LLC is organized under the laws of the State of Tennessee with rights to operate perpetually. Tri-County Electric Membership Cooperative is the single member of the LLC.
