TO CREATE COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY IN DOWNTOWN JASPER, ALABAMA BY PROMOTING THE GENERAL ATMOSPHERE OF THE AREA FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RETAIL BUSINESS AND TO UNITE THE DOWNTOWN MERCHANTS AND PROFESSIONALS. DJBA WILL EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE HISTORY OF DOWNTOWN JASPER WITH THE HOPE OF ENCOURAGING COOPERATION AND BUILDING LEADERSHIP IN THE BUSNIESS COMMUNITY.
