	Members flew the Club's planes for social and recreational flying. Some members flew with instructors to maintain proficiency and on member completed an IFR training course and IFR check ride.

	Provide Volunteers At Marshfield Municipal Airport's two community events, namely Molly Movie Mania and Safety Day involving the display of state, military and municipal representatives. One of the Club's planes was on display at each event. Several members answered questions asked by members of the public and members of the public were invited to sit in the plane and ask questions about aviation and the operation of the plane.

Form 990, Header, Line A	Part VI Line 6 There are no stockholders, only members of the Club. There are three refundable certificates held by three embers who receive a return on their Initiation fee in the amount of $600 when they resign from the Club Line 7 All Club Members have a vote to elect members of the governing body. Line 7b The directors are the governing body. The directors make all governance decisions as provided in the bylaws. The members also vote all bylaws, amendments and deletions. Line 11a Directors are provided a dopy of the Form 990 for review before filing. Line 11b no members of the governing body receive compensation from related organizations because there are no related organizations. Line 19 Financial Statements and governing documents are available to the public upon request. There are not conflict of interest or whistleblower provisions in the bylaws or any other Club document.
