Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c Trustees are required to disclose potential conflicts as they arise.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 The Board of Trustees reviews the performance of the Administrator annually. At that time, compensation is determined by using comparative data from similar sized Taft-Hartley funds and various marketplace data.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 The Fund makes it governing documents, conflict of interest policy and financial statements available to the participants upon written request.
