Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	Each individual with a credit union share savings account is a member of the organization. The credit union is comprised of a single class of approximately 6,740 member-owners. Each member has equal rights in ownership, governance and voting rights at the annual meeting. The board of directors is elected by the member-owners of the credit union at the annual meeting.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	The member-owners of the credit union have the authority to elect the members of the board of directors for three-year terms on a rotating basis. Candidates are elected by a simple plurality vote.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	Changes to the governing documents (bylaws) are approved by the board of directors and regulatory agencies. Special membership meetings can be called in specific instances.
