Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6	The Organization has 5 voting trustees and 4 officers. The Officers do not vote. The trustees are in charge of operations and do research for business decisions. The first and third Thursday of each month there is a membership meeting where the members are presented with the trustee recomendations for major business decisions, etc. and member body vote on them. The trustees then carry out the decisions.
Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a	Every year in May there is an election of officers and trustees. They are sworn in at the annual membership meeting. Potential new members go through two readings which take place during membership meetings he first and third Thursday of eac month. New members must be sponsored by two existing members who talk about why they should be members. After the readings, the membership body votes on new members.
Governing body decisions Part VI line 7b	The Organization has 5 voting trustees and 4 officers. The Officers do not vote. General explanation attachment	For Schedule I, Part I, Line 2 (Part IV):The trustees review requests for donations/assistance and document names and amounts in the meeting minutes. The reasons are less documented but include needing wood for winter heat to financial hardships to medical and all kinds of other reasons. There is no set criteria for granting donations. The trustees can approve donations up to $250, anything above that must be voted on by the membership body.
