What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE MISSION OF THE MINNESOTA B.A.S.S. CHAPTER FEDERATION IS TO STIMULATE PUBLIC AWARENESS OF BASS FISHING AS A MAJOR SPORT. TO OFFER OUR STATE CONSERVATION DEPARTMENT, OUR ORGANIZED MORAL SUPPORT
