What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? LOUISIANA ACADEMY OF MEDICAL PSYCHOLOGISTS, INC. shall be organized and operated exclusively for the purposes of encouraging dissemination of information within the field of Medical Psychology; of discussing problems of common interest; of providing Continuing Education and Continuing Medical Education opportunities for its members; of fostering friendship and cooperation among Medical Psychologists; for assisting in maintaining a high level of professional competence among practicing Medical Psychologists; and for lending assistance to colleges and universities in the development of Medical Psychology and related curricula.
