EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP) THE OBJECTIVE OF EAP IS TO PROVIDE OUR CONTRACTED ORGANIZATIONS SERVICES THAT WILL ALLOW THEM TO ACHIEVE IMPROVEMENTS IN WORKFORCE PRODUCTIVITY AND WELLNESS. THROUGH ACCESS TO SHORT-TERM COUNSELING, SEMINARS, TRAININGS, CONSULTATION AND REFERRAL SERVICES, EMPLOYEES WILL HAVE IMPROVED WELLNESS, WORK ENGAGEMENT AND COPING SKILLS. THE CONTRACTED ORGANIZATIONS WILL HAVE A MORE PRODUCTIVE AND HEALTHY WORKFORCE.
