    Summary of Direct Charitable Activities
    List the foundation’s four largest direct charitable activities during the tax year. Include relevant statistical information such as the number of organizations and other beneficiaries served, conferences convened, research papers produced, etc. Expenses
    1 Leadership Training, Teacher and Student Training was completed with the Nicholas Fund for Education Leadership Team at the Nicholas Middle and High School in Cotxzal, Guatemala. (4 leaders, 16 teachers and 96 students = 116 total). We joined Common Good in the facilitation of the Zanokhanyo Network Job Readiness Training for two twelve-day workshops, to graduate 53 students, mostly immigrants to Cape Town, South Africa, from all over Africa.The Foundation completed a "Pathway for Life" workshop at the University of Fort Hare, with 21 students; one at the University of The Western Cape, with 11 students; and Train the Trainer with four Student Services Staff in South Africa 49,738
    2 Summit Seekers continued mentoring relationships with students, missionaries and church leaders, as well as university administrators and staff. This included 59 people in five countries this year, with 464 hours dedicated to discipleship and mentoring for personal and leadership development. 7,031
    3 Public Speaking invitations increased to share "Pathway for Life and Summit Seekers ministry results. We made eight presentations to groups, and contributed to two Podcasts, in America, Canada and South Africa. Writing continues to be a strategic focus to expand the reach of Summit Seekers and "Pathway for Life" with plans for publication of several books, as well as a regular blog. Personal Development for skill growth continued for mission sustainability. Participation included the Global Leadership Summit and the Justice Journey workshop, which are Christian-based, as well as Rotary conferences. 3,620
    4 Ministry Development is a strategic method of expanding "Pathway for Life" to reach more students, at more universities in more countries. Increased penetration at universities in South Africa and expansion to additional Africa countries is being made possible by developing relationships with university administrators and professors. This year's focus was to increase efforts to develop relationships with pastors, church leaders, missionaries and NGO's. 4,930
