What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO FOSTER TRUE CAMARADERIE AMONG UNITED STATES VETERANS OF OVERSEAS CONFLICTS AND TO SERVE OUR VETERANS, THE MILITARY, AND OUR COMMUNITIES AND ADVOCATE ON BEHALF OF ALL VETERANS.

28 IN 2017 FRANKLIN POST 3402 BEGAN WORKING WITH THE TOWN OF FRANKLIN AND OTHER AREA VETERAN BASED AND PATRIOTIC ORGANIZATIONS TO DESIGN AND DEVELOP A MEMORIAL WALKWAY TO HONOR THE 40+ MEN FROM FRANKLIN WHO DIED DURING WORLD WAR I, WORLD WAR II, KOREA, VIETNAM, IRAQ AND AFGHANISTAN. THE WALKWAY WAS COMPLETED IN NOVEMBER OF 2018 AND IS OWNED AND MAINTAINED BY THE TOWN OF FRANKLIN AND LOCATED ADJACENT TO THE EXISTING WAR MEMORIALS. FRANKLIN POST 3402 CONTINUES TO ASSIST THE TOWN OF FRANKLIN IN RAISING MONEY FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE WALKWAY AND SURROUNDING MEMORIALS.
