	Every year TAM holds its annual convention. This convention benefits all 15 member companies plus their employees who attend the meeting. The topics of discussion at the annual convention are: Federal and State issues, regulatory and legislative issues. There are also workshops for customer service representatives and educational workshops for technicians.
