The delay was an honest oversight by our administration and we sincerely regret not filing timely. Please note as soon as we received the notice we immediatly took action and the 990 return was completed and filed as soon as possible. We are a small officials association and the funds we receive are payments from Georgia High Schools for officials of MAWOA.
