THERE IS NO INTEREST PAYABLE ON THE NOTES UNLESS THE FOUNDATION SELLS THE ACADEMIC GUEST HOUSE OR A NOTE IS IN DEFAULT, IN WHICH CASE THE LOANS BECOME IMMEDIATELY REPAYABLE AND INTEREST IS PAYABLE AT 8% ANNUM. DEFAULT INCLUDES INSOLVENCY, FILING FOR BANKRUPTCY AND APPOINTMENT OF A TRUSTEE, CUSTODIAN, RECEIVER OR LIQUIDATOR. THE FOUNDATION RECEIVES ALL ITS CONTRIBUTIONS FROM ITS SOLE MEMBER, HOWEVER, GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO REIMBURSE THE FOUNDATION FOR UTILITIES CONSUMED. FOR THE ACADEMIC GUSET HOUSE THE TOTAL OF SUCH REIMBURSEMENTS WERE $67,839.
