| Form 990 Part IX, Line 11a - Management Fees | All staff utilized by the Organization are employees of Planned Parenthood of the Great Northwest and Hawaiian Islands (PPGNHI), an unrelated not-for-profit entity. PPGNHI invoices the Organization for services performed which includes the salaries, benefits and taxes of the loaned staff. The PPGNHI staff utilized include the Organization's Current CEO Jennifer Allen and Interim CEO and Current Vice President, Treasure Mackley. In 2018, Ms. Allen was paid gross wages of $97,490 and benefits of $7,183 for total compensation of $104,673. In 2018, Ms. Mackley was paid gross wages of $115,495 and benefits of $13,726 for a total compensation of $129,221 for her role as Interim CEO and Current Vice President. In 2018, $145,000 was paid to the former CEO. This amount was fully reimbursed by the Organization to PPGNHI. As per the Form 990 instructions, PPVNH is presenting the loaned employee information as management fees expense (Line 11a) in Part IX. |
