Each membership has a voting member (currently approximately 405 memberships in good standing) that votes for the Board of Directors at the annual meeting. There are twelve Board members serving three-year terms so generally four are elected each year. The membership directly votes for the chief officers of the Association from among the board members.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 7a: How Members or Shareholders Elect Governing Body	Each membership has a voting member (currently approximately 405 memberships in good standing) that votes for the Board of Directors at the annual meeting. Members approve the annual budget and vote on specific governing motions at the annual meeting or special membership meetings that are called.
