	CCAPP members are uniting programs and professionals, and increasing the quality of treatment in California by producing solutions to make treatment in communities work. Membership benefits continue to expand - such as online trainings including ethics, business training, nine-hour registrant course, and district training registrations. New insurance benefits are offered through Van Wagner Group, and discounts and scholarships are available for students of CCAPP Academy. New websites have been added to ensure the quality of members needs. Additionally:- CCAPP held twenty trainings and monthly program conference calls. - CCAPP held LGBTQIA2 + Certification trainings in December 2018 in Sacramento, and in June 2019 at the Long Beach office.- CCAPP continues to lead the way on local advocacy issues.- The Addiction Leadership Conference was held at Double Tree Suites by Hilton in Sacramento, CA in March 2019.- CCAPPs Fall 2018 conference was held in San Diego, California. 2018 Recovery Happens was a success at the State Capitol in Sacramento during September 2018.- CCAPP acquired Counselor Magazines in January of 2019.- CCAPP acquired Behavioral Health Association of Providers (BHAP) in June 2019, along with the website www.findtreatment.com- CCAPP started new website www.californiacredentialing.org which provides information on how to get certified in California.- CCAPP eliminated paper registrations by creating an online portal at www.ccappconferences.com which is used register for all conferences, trainings, and workshops.- Improvements were made to the phone system which enhance customer service including the addition of a queue monitoring system for monitoring call volume during business hours.- CCAPP launched two Facebook groups under Counselor Magazine to create a positive environment for programs and professionals.- CCAPP and ARCC created a committee to oversee recovery resources.
