Form 990, Part VI, Line 15-Compensation Process	The wages for the President/CEO are determined by the Compensation Committee which is made up of the Chair, Chair elect, immediate Past Chair and another person selected from Executive Committee to do a review of the President/CEO. The committee reviews compensation for like organizations. There is also a written employment and bonus agreement with the President/CEO.
Form 990, Part XII, Line 2c-Oversight and Selection Process	An audit will be conducted by an Independent Certified Public Accounting firm every year. The audit will be due within 120 days from the fiscal year end, but no later than 180 days after the fiscal year end. An Independent CPA firm will be reviewed and approved by the Executive Committee and Board of Directors every three years. Procedures: The President/CEO and the Vice-President of Operations will act as the staff liaison to the audit firm. The Executive Committee will review and approve the audit. The audit and review reports will be presented to the Board of Directors by the Independent CPA firm and will be submitted to the local governing agencies. The audit and review reports are made available to the membership and will be provided from the President/CEO only by written request from a member. A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be prepared every three years for the selection of the independent CPA firm for the annual audit and tax return. The firm that is completing its first 3-year cycle may submit an RFP and be selected for another three-year cycle for a maximum of six continuous years. RFPs will be sent to qualified CPA firms that are members of the Park City Chamber/Bureau and/or the Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce in early February.
