All of these positions upon hiring were compared locally and nationally based on the position and duties to calculate a salary range appropriate. After hiring each employee undergoes annual reviews in April which assesses the employees performance of duties and completion of goals. Once the review is complete, they are graded on a 5 point scale and then that grading determines any pay raise or corrective action warranted. |
